Yleana Franco

Yleana Franco has over 22 years of experience in IT Management which include Operations, Systems implementations, Consulting, Service & Support, Governance and Performance in Financial/eBanking, Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Distribution industries for companies in USA, Mexico, Spain and LatinAmerica.

Since 2005 Yleana is part of TODO1 Services a Saas services provider who operates and supports eBanking channels for some of the biggest financial institutions in LatinAmerica; Yleana successfully managed the Service Desk and lead an international high-performance technical team, implemented ITIL based best practices and managed service-related relationships with vendors and clients. Since 2011 is Vendor and Performance Manager, designed and currently implementing the company’s Vendor Management Framework and Program to ensure and measure Vendor Performance by managing relationships, assessing Vendor risks and compliance with governance and service level agreements.

Yleana started her career in Mexico in Casa Cuervo (Diageo) as IT Operations responsible, implemented the first nation-wide infrastructure, telecommunications, midrange platform and ERP systems to support and connect manufacturing and distribution centers; then became the IT Manager in Jugos del Valle (Coca Cola Group) responsible for infrastructure, platform and ERP systems to support manufacturing and distribution. Yleana also worked for Business Technologies as a Consultant, where she designed the required platforms and participated in implementing midrange systems, ERP systems and trained IT personnel in best-practices for Operations, Disaster Recovery Procedures and Business Continuity Procedures.

In 2000, Yleana worked in Telefonica B2B – Katalyx USA (Grupo Telefonica) as a Data Center Manager where she was responsible to implement a high availability state-of-the-art platform, IT Procurement, Vendor Relationships for outsourced and on-site resources, participating in 2004 in a Telco-VoIP startup.

Yleana is also very active in IT Technical Services and Support, she volunteers as an officer for the South Florida HDI Local Chapter as VP of Sponsorship. Yleana is responsible and the liaison with the South Florida HDI Sponsors and focuses to maintain the Sponsorship relationship and their deliverables as well as also seeks for new Sponsorship interests/opportunities and works to establish a professional relationship with current and future Sponsors to show the mutual benefits and value, timely follow-up, ensure deliverables are met and provides excellent support.
